Seminar Success!

The one day seminar hosted  by Sara McDaniel and Kathy Schinhofen was wonderful!  Sara shared how the Lord speaks to us in our journals with a level of specificity that is hard to deny.  It was wonderful hearing the details of her journey toward the presidency of Visionwriters International.  A little time, on-going dialogue, repentance, and humility were the tools God used to bring Sara from unwillingness to willingness!  God is good!

Kathy’s message was equally encouraging.  In sharing her testimony she revealed how priceless the other journal has been in her life.  The other journal was something Jaque recommended years ago as a place for getting down to the nitty-gritty with God and laying everything on the line.

Each participant enjoyed hearing God in our newly presented journals (thanks Kathy) as well as a brief moment to offer a few words of wisdom to the child within.  The sharing time was rich and felt very comfortable.  Although many of us were meeting for the first time, you would not have known it by the naturally easy-going conversation we enjoyed with one another.

The food was wonderful…but visiting with old friends and meeting new friends was the real reason we lingered around the table!
